# Account not activated after 50 hours

Hello,

I registered for an enviPath account about 50 hours ago, but my account has still not been activated and I have not received any activation email.

The registration page indicated that the account should be activated within 24 hours. I have also checked my spam/junk folder, but no activation email has arrived.

Could you please help me check and manually activate my account?

Hi Tim,

Thank you for checking. I did receive the email with further instructions.

Before receiving that email, I had already registered another account using my university email address, because I did not know that the email address of my original account could be changed.

I replied to the admin email and explained the situation, but the university-email account is still not activated, and I have not received any further response or activation/password-reset email.

The account I would like to use is:  
**Username:** gaoshuke1999  
**Email:** [gaoshuke2025@zjou.edu.cn](mailto:gaoshuke2025@zjou.edu.cn)  
**Affiliation:** Zhejiang Ocean University

The previous account registered with my QQ email can be ignored.

Could you please help me check the status of the university-email account when you have time?
