# Account still not activated after 72 hours

Hello enviPath team,

I registered an enviPath account more than 72 hours ago, but it is still not activated.

Username: chenbing  
Registration email: [602024250068@smail.nju.edu.cn](mailto:602024250068@smail.nju.edu.cn)  
Affiliation: Nanjing University, China  
Purpose: Academic research on microbial biotransformation of organic micropollutants.

When I try to sign in, the system still shows:

“User account is not activated yet!”

I have already checked my spam and junk-mail folders, but I have not received an activation email.

Could you please check the account status and manually activate the account, or resend the activation instructions?
