Hi, I am trying to register an account for academic research, but I keep getting the error ‘Registration failed! Couldn’t create User Account.’ Could you please help me create or activate an account? My username is gustavo.santos.
I can see two accounts. I’ve activated the one affiliated with a university and you should have received a mail with further instructions.
