We have just rolled out a small but useful enhancement to the enviPath pathway view: an interactive confidence threshold slider.
When working with predicted pathways, you can now dynamically adjust the minimum confidence threshold for reactions and immediately see how the pathway changes. This provides a more intuitive way to explore predictions, compare alternative pathway branches, and focus on reactions that meet your desired confidence level.
The slider updates the pathway in real time, making it easier to understand how confidence scores influence the resulting prediction.
